If you're reporting a problem, a few details help us get to an answer faster:

A short description of what happened, and what you expected instead.
Your device and its operating-system version.
The version of Pinestack you're running.
The steps that lead to the issue, if you can reproduce it.

Please leave out any sensitive personal information - we never need it to help.
